Training

New players are always welcome to join us at training. Men and Women of all ages and skill level are welcome, regardless of whether you are an expert or a complete beginner.

Winter Training

Winter Training takes place on Wednesdays at 21.00 in Friskis & Svettis Parkmöllan from November until the end of March. For the 2020/2021 indoor season, training has been suspended until further notice due public health advice for the Skåne region which includes avoiding training for those born before 2005.

To help cover costs, we will need to charge a small fee, but this will depend on how many weeks of training we are able to complete given the pandemic. New players are however more than welcome to come down as try out as many as three training sessions free of charge before deciding on whether to commit.

When training, we meet in the lobby of the gym to enter the hall together. Try your best to make it down early as we can enter the hall at 20.55 and only have 1 hour to train. You can find the gym here:

 

 

Summer Training

Summer Training takes place on the rugby pitch at Limhamnsfältet (see map). Training generally takes place one evening a week, with some extra sessions on Saturday mornings in the build-up to tournaments. For 2020, the outdoor season has come to an end, but we hope to resume indoor training as soon as possible.

From mid-June to mid-August we tend to take a break, just like the rest of Sweden, but we often have some more casual training sessions if there is demand. If you are around during these months feel free to contact us and check if we are training.
